In what ways are you creative?

Nowadays, we’re forever hearing how vital creativity is to success. But what if you’re not that kind of person?

Think again.

A creative person is a person who creates things. You don’t have to be an artist, popsinger, designer or a mad scientist. Forget about "being creative" – start creating.

Henry Ford once famously said: “Whether you think you can, or you think you can't-you're right.”  Don´t believe in Ford? What about a professor? According to Hal Gregersen, an INSEAD professor and coauthor of a six-year-long study into disruptive innovation involving some 3,500 executives, innovative entrepreneurs are made or developed, rather than born.

So, forget about who you think you are and what qualities you may or may not have. Forget nouns (like "creativity") and adjectives ( like "creative"), and focus on verbs (like "create"). Go for it and make your team creators as well. Now!
